Wheatgrass Juice Powder Benefits and Uses 🌱[& How to Choose High Quality...
In today’s video, I’m gonna talk about Wheatgrass Juice
Powder Benefits and Uses, explain how to

it? Wheatgrass comes from a young wheat
plant. Wheatgrass is harvested for
juicing when the grass reaches its nutritional peak. When the plant is around 7 inches or 17
centimeters high. Wheatgrass juice or
wheatgrass juice powder does not contain any grains or gluten. When you consume wheatgrass, you only get the
health benefits. Young wheatgrass is at
its peak nutrition at this stage. Now,
let’s look at the quality of wheatgrass.
Why should you care about the quality of your wheatgrass? Aren’t all products the same? It’s wheatgrass, right? It’s healthy.
Well, not all wheatgrass powders are created equal. For example, those light green color powders
that you see everywhere, are a total waste of money, as they contain very little of what you need and very much of
what you don’t need from wheatgrass. Things like indigestible fiber instead of nutrients. That’s why it’s so cheap. The light green color indicates low nutrient density and poor quality. These products are
also commonly prepared using high heat that kills everything in it. Many of the nutrients are heat-sensitive. Prepare it wrong, and they’ll all be gone. It’s important to choose raw wheat grass products,
rather than heated products. Make sure
your wheatgrass product is organic, to avoid any toxic pesticides and other
contaminants. You won’t have healthy
wheatgrass from unhealthy pesticide-loaded grass. Also, another important thing to look for: is
it a wheat grass powder, or a wheat grass juice powder? When you buy
wheatgrass, always choose wheatgrass juice powder, not just a simple powder. What’s the difference between the two? When you buy a simple powder, you get mostly the
indigestible fiber called cellulose that we can’t break down. You can make
paper from cellulose, but you shouldn’t eat it.
Wheat grass juice powder, is a lot better, than simple powder, because
it is very low in this indigestible
fiber. It is cellulose-free and very
high in nutrients that we would want to get from wheat grass. Wheatgrass is high in calcium, magnesium, sodium,
Vitamin A, B vitamins, choline, and vitamins
E, and K. It is rich in
chlorophyll, known for its strong antioxidant and anticancer properties. Chlorophyll benefits include improving liver detoxification,
supporting the immune system, speeding
up wound healing, and improving digestion.
So, What are the health benefits of wheatgrass juice powder or
wheatgrass juice? We know it has
chlorophyll, but that’s not it. The first
and probably the most important benefit of wheatgrass is enhanced liver
detoxification. It helps to cleanse the
liver, binds to toxic elements, and helps to remove them from the body.
We are exposed to heavy metals, pesticides, plastics, and toxic food
additives, and it can often become
overwhelming. That’s when our health
starts going down the hill. We need to
support our detoxification system on a daily basis, with the help of food and supplements, and do some more intense
detoxification procedures from time to time.

sensitivity. So, if you’re type 2
diabetic, type 1 diabetic, prediabetic, or insulin resistant like 70-90% of people in developed countries, taking
wheat grass juice powder supplement could be beneficial for you.
Also, It helps to heal ulcers. It
is very helpful for healing. If you have
any ulcers in your stomach or your gut, you should consider taking wheatgrass juice powder to help you heal it faster. Some people say, don’t take wheatgrass, it’s
a scam, and there are no studies to support its
health benefits. Here’s a high-quality
randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial showing how wheat grass juice treatment significantly improved ulcerative
colitis, which is an inflammation of the
colon. It is also useful for diabetic

cholesterol, which is a much better indicator
of your heart disease risk when compared to LDL cholesterol. It reduces triglycerides and decreases the psychological
symptoms of menopause by 50%. Another
known benefit of wheatgrass juice or wheatgrass juice powder, is promoting
blood cell production. Chlorophyll from wheatgrass helps to
stimulate and accelerate the growth of red blood cells which in turn increases the haemoglobin
levels. It is very useful in anemia. Wheatgrass is also beneficial for cancer
patients. It helps to reduce the
negative side effects of chemotherapy. Wheatgrass
is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, that are all beneficial for fighting cancer. Plus, as mentioned earlier, it promotes
detoxification, reduces inflammation, and lowers insulin resistance. These factors are all important in cancer treatment. And cancer prevention. If I had cancer, I would certainly take wheat
